Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

International Shipping:

We ship worldwide to most countries. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. Some items may be restricted in certain countries due to local knife laws—please verify before ordering.

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order at any time using the link provided. 

Shipping Delays or Issues:

If your order is delayed or missing, please contact us at shop@mrknifeguy.ca and we’ll help resolve it ASAP.

Mr. Knife Guy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Information:

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
